Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific, clinical, healthcare, or related field (PhD, PharmD, or equivalent preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in biotechnology, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or a related industry.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives in a highly matrixed environment.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing decisions across multiple functions and stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and organizational leadership skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear recommendations and action plans.
• Proven ability to drive alignment, manage competing priorities, and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Shape, refine, and execute Medical's strategic priorities in collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer and the Medical Leadership Team.
• Translate strategy into actionable plans with accountability and measurable outcomes across the Medical organization.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and trends and develop recommendations to support informed decision-making.
• Drive execution of high-priority initiatives that advance Medical and enterprise objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CMO and senior Medical leaders on strategic, organizational, and operational matters.
• Foster alignment and collaboration across Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Evidence Generation, Regulatory, Commercial, and other functions.
• Support governance, planning processes, OKRs, and quarterly reviews to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Lead executive communications, strategic recommendations, and communications for senior leaders and governance bodies.
• Lead special projects on behalf of the CMO and Medical Leadership Team.
