Fore Biotherapeutics is seeking a Senior Field Medical Director to lead the strategy, development, and execution of the field medical function in support of clinical and medical objectives.

You will build and guide a high-performing field medical team, drive compliant scientific exchange with external experts, collaborate with patient advocacy, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for medical strategy and launch readiness.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or clinical degree required (MD/DO/PhD/PharmD or equivalent).
• 12+ years in Medical Affairs/clinical development with field medical leadership.
• Proven ability to lead field medical/MSL teams in a matrixed environment.
• Experience supporting clinical-stage assets, launch readiness, or oncology programs preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical affairs regulations and compliance standards.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the field medical strategy aligned with Medical Affairs and corporate goals.
• Build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing field medical/MSL organization.
• Ensure compliant scientific exchange with external experts and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with patient advocacy lead on outreach and education efforts.
• Translate field insights into actionable medical strategy and evidence generation.
• Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.
• Support investigator engagement, trial awareness, and site relationships.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
