Meet Life Sciences Ltd. in the Boston area is seeking a Senior Medical Director, Clinical Development to provide medical leadership across development programs, shape trial strategy, oversee safety, and guide regulatory interactions.

This cross-functional role partners with Clinical Development, Regulatory, CROs and external KOLs, balancing strategic direction with hands‑on execution to advance programs in a dynamic biotech environment.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent medical degree with active US medical licensure.
• 4+ years of clinical development experience within biotech or pharmaceutical development.
• Experience as Medical Monitor or medical lead across clinical trials.
• Experience contributing to or leading interactions with health authorities (pre-IND, IND, End‑of‑Phase).

Responsibilities

• Provide medical leadership across clinical development programs, with responsibility for clinical strategy and trial execution.
• Serve as the internal medical lead and coordinate with CRO medical monitors and clinical operations teams during study conduct.
• Lead safety review of data, adverse events, protocol deviations, and emerging safety signals.
• Collaborate with CROs and study teams to address clinical or operational issues.
• Review and contribute to protocols, informed consent forms, monitoring plans, and development plans.
• Support health authority interactions and regulatory deliverables (e.g., DSURs).
• Develop relationships with KOLs and external experts to inform trial design and interpretation of data.
