This role partners with Field Medical Directors, Medical Directors, and Global Medical Leadership to optimize engagement, deployment, and resources across key stakeholders. You will lead KPI development, performance analytics, and training content while ensuring compliance and strategic alignment with global

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific or medical field is required.
• Minimum 8+ years in Medical Affairs, Field Medical, or related areas are expected.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into measurable field execution and results.

Responsabilités

• Translate TA Medical Affairs strategy into executable Field Medical priorities and plans.
• Lead coverage and territory planning with resource allocation for greatest need.
• Align US execution with global Field Medical standards and best practices.
• Monitor CRM data, dashboards, and field feedback for performance insights.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Regulatory to manage risks and approvals.
• Mentor and develop MSLs and Field Medical leadership to drive impact.
