Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare operations experience.
• Experience leading Medical Affairs operations and technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual Medical Affairs planning cycle and translate strategy into executable plans.
• Provide enterprise view of priorities, milestones, and governance across Medical Affairs functions.
• Design reporting frameworks with KPIs and dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Oversee field systems (e.g., Veeva) and AI-enabled solutions to improve field effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Clinical, Compliance, and Finance.
