Responsibilities

• Monitor industry trends, market dynamics and competition to shape FMI's corporate strategy.
• Collaborate with the Executive Team to align strategy with annual objectives and key results.
• Lead enterprise planning, ensuring alignment from strategy to budgets and functional plans.
• Serve as internal strategy consultant and synthesize analyses for executive decisions.
• Drive high-priority initiatives from problem definition to implementation and impact.
