Job summary

Arrowhead Regional Medical Center is seeking a Medical Staff Office Supervisor to supervise the Medical Staff Office and support staff. The role oversees credentialing, reappointment, and temporary authorization processes for Medical Staff and Allied Health Professional Staff, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with The Joint Commission standards.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of professional level experience with Medical Staff departments and committees to meet regulatory requirements.
• Associate's Degree in Medical Staff Services Management or related healthcare field.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, assigns, and evaluates Medical Staff Office support staff.
• Oversees credentialing, reappointment, and temporary authorization processes for Medical Staff and Allied Health Professional Staff.
• Reviews and interprets regulatory requirements and accreditation standards; develops conforming language for bylaws, policies, rules, and regulations.
