Responsibilities

• Process credentialing and re-credentialing applications for healthcare providers
• Update records for licenses, insurance, DEA registrations, and certifications
• Coordinate verifications with licensing agencies and insurance carriers
• Provide administrative support to Medical Staff Officers, Department Chairs, and Committee Chairs
• Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and distribute notices for medical staff meetings
• Assist in the orientation of students rotating with medical staff
• Performs other duties as assigned and maintains regular attendance
