• Minimum three years of experience in medical staff services or credentialing.
• Education: High School diploma or GED or 10 years of work experience.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and multi-task in a regulatory setting.

• Assist with development of bylaws and credentialing criteria.
• Coordinate meetings: agenda, packets, minutes, follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and CMS credentialing standards.
• Administer credentialing, reappointment, and privileging processes.
• Prepare credentialing reports for the board.
• Maintain credentialing software and scheduling of physician training.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
