Saint Vincent Hospital is seeking a credentialing coordinator to support the Medical Staff Services Director. You will coordinate credentialing activities, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely communication with internal and external personnel involved in the credentialing process.

Qualifications

• Education: High School degree or equivalent required.
• Three years of experience in a healthcare administrative position in Medical Staff Credentialing required.
• Computer experience with Microsoft Office, data entry and retrieval required.
• Associates degree in Medical Staff or Health Science preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a variety of Medical Staff Office functions under Medical Staff Services Director.
• Establish priorities and meet deadlines within guidelines and procedures.
• Coordinate credentialing activities with internal and external personnel.
• Serve as liaison to ensure efficient communication among stakeholders.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the Director regarding credentialing activities and issues.
• Perform related duties as required.
