Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking a Medical Staff Services Coordinator to lead credentialing for Deaconess and Valley Hospitals. You will manage medical staff files, ensure regulatory compliance with JCAHO, NCQA, CMS and WA State, and support coordination with INW CVO and Medical Staff leadership.

The role requires confidentiality, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail, with experience in credentialing and staff services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years relevant experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
• Three (3) years experience in a lead capacity.
• Five (5) years experience in Medical Staff Services or Credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional medical staff functions including credentialing processes.
• Coordinate flow of information between MSO team, Medical Staff Leadership, and Administration.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of credentialing and privileging data.
