Job summary

Haalufa USA, Inc. seeks a Medical Services Assistant to support clinical operations in the DMV area. The role includes patient intake, vital signs, and assisting clinicians during exams within a one-year contract with possible extension.

Hours typically 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with potential six-hour shifts and 40-hour overtime as needed, contingent on background check and client needs. The position requires basic medical assisting duties, knowledge of EMR systems, and strong customer service

Qualifications

• Strong patient-facing communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with EMR systems and medical documentation.
• Detail-oriented with accurate charting and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinic patient flow and notify physicians of arrivals.
• Assist patients in exam rooms and obtain vital signs.
• Document medical history, medications, and chief complaints in EMR.
• Assist with procedures, medication administration, and wound care as trained.
