We have an immediate opening for a friendly, patient-focused, and detail-oriented Medical Secretary (Care Team Support) to join our team. The Medical Secretary is responsible for completing set processes and protocols, working cooperatively with all members of the care team to support the organization's vision and mission, deliver excellent customer service, and adhere to Lean processes. They support the team in meeting financial, clinical, and service goals.
Location: 5 Neponset St. Worcester, MA (Primary Care Department)
Schedule (Full-Time 38.75 Hours): Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM EST

The salary range for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour, based on full-time employment and factors such as location, education, experience, and certifications.
