Job summary

• Must comply with privacy, security and documentation policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, training, onboarding and scheduling medical scribes.
• Document physician-patient encounters in the electronic chart.
• Locate medical records and laboratory results.
• Ensure documentation reflects provider's direction and attestation.
• Develop close working relationships with physicians, scribes and admins.
