HCA Healthcare’s CareNow - Columbia Spring Valley is seeking a Medical Scribe to work alongside providers, documenting patient encounters in real time and helping keep patient care moving efficiently.

You will capture histories, exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans as dictated, enter orders, and support telephonic communications under provider direction. A fast-paced environment offers hands-on healthcare experience and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience documenting patient encounters in real time.
• Strong typing and accurate documentation.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Document patient visits in real time with medical histories, exam findings, procedures, diagnoses and plans.
• Enter orders into EMR exactly as instructed and ensure completeness.
• Create and document telephone encounters and patient communications.
