Job summary

SEPA Pain & Spine is seeking a Medical Scribe to accompany physicians during patient visits, documenting encounters in real time and supporting efficient clinical operations. You will help ensure complete medical records, accurate transcription of orders, and proper EHR management while maintaining patient privacy.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and comfort in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of Medical Scribe or related experience/training preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Document medical histories, physical findings, and provider interactions during patient visits.
• Transcribe orders and manage electronic health records for accuracy and completeness.
• Support workflow and maintain organized patient records in a fast-paced clinical setting.
