Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in a clinical patient-care environment preferred.
• Experience supervising or managing employees.
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation and healthcare workflows.
• Experience with multiple Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems; QuickBase is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of offshore medical scribes and other clinical support professionals.
• Monitor team performance and ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and timely.
• Ensure patient visit documentation is entered in client EHR systems.
• Conduct regular quality audits and address performance concerns.
• Coach and develop team members to improve quality and productivity.
• Coordinate onboarding and training for new scribes and client accounts.
• Serve as day-to-day point of contact for healthcare clients.
