Job summary

William Rosenberg MD LLC in Henderson, NV is seeking a Medical Scribe to document patient visits in our solo sports medicine/primary care practice. You will enter notes in the EHR, process referrals and imaging orders, and support front- and back-office tasks.

The ideal candidate has prior scribe experience, excellent typing and confidentiality, and can work Monday through Thursday 8-5.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or in progress.
• Previous experience as a Medical Scribe or in a similar position.
• Ability to take detailed notes and accurate documentation.
• Strong computer and transcription skills.
• Adherence to strict confidentiality requirements.
• Highly organized with excellent time-management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8-5pm.

We are seeking a Medical Scribe to join our team in a solo provider sports medicine/primary care practice. In this role, you will document the patient's visit in an EHR system, send referrals and diagnostic imaging orders, complete charges, draw up medication, and assist with office based procedures.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent and comprehensive patient documentation

Coordinate with doctor to complete and medical records

Communicate professionally with patients, doctors, and healthcare staff
