• Capture accurate documentation of patient visits into the EMR promptly.
• Assist physician with basic patient care and procedures.
• Support site management with patient flow, inventory, and lab follow-up.
• Ensure Department of Health compliance for site labs and exam rooms.
• Provide exceptional patient service following established protocols and workflows.
