Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and common medications.
• Prior clinical experience preferred.
• Scribe or transcription experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document patient encounters in structured notes.
• Observe visits in the exam room.
• Assign CPT and ICD-10 codes.
• Prepare After Visit Summaries.
• Support Daily Huddles and Reviews.
