Responsibilities

• Document patient encounters thoroughly (history, ROS, PE) as dictated by physician.
• Assist in patient assignments and time documentation of interactions.
• Review past medical history, immunizations, and prior encounters.
• Support physician by providing lab and imaging results and updates.
