Job summary

Under the Director of Curriculum, you will supervise two Curriculum Coordinators, work with Course Directors, and maintain CANVAS pages, course schedules, and exams while supporting faculty and students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in higher education or curriculum delivery.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with LMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-clerkship (1st and 2nd year) medical school courses.
• Manage course materials, schedules, and CANVAS pages.
• Collaborate with course directors and faculty to deliver curriculum.
• Assist with exam administration and proctoring.
• Archive materials to accreditation standards.
