Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates plus 2-3 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s plus 3-5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with course leaders to plan, prepare, and oversee course delivery from inception through implementation.
• Serve as primary contact for teaching faculty and students, handling logistics, materials, and scheduling.
• Proofread materials and monitor content delivery in Canvas; maintain curriculum inventory in OASIS.
• Develop Qualtrics-based course surveys with faculty involvement.
• Proctor examinations and manage accommodations; support assessment procedures.
• Coordinate curriculum committee meetings, events, and confidential information per FERPA.
• Oversee room reservations and scheduling, resolving conflicts.
