Qualificações

• Required education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of medical office scheduling experience.
• Knowledgeable of medical terminology.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule patient appointments to coordinate treatment timelines.
• Interact with patients, providers, and staff across facilities.
• Inform patients about preparation for scans and treatment.
• Communicate orders to teams (financial aid, prior authorization, etc.).
• Follow up on missed appointments and reschedule as needed.
• Ensure smooth paperwork flow and timely communication.
