What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Locate and coordinate with providers to fulfill medical orders (e.g., wheelchairs, in-home services, DME)
- Negotiate rates with out-of-network providers to secure necessary services
- Schedule medical appointments and services accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, insurance carriers, and injured workers
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all interactions and scheduling activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years’ experience in a customer service role required
