Job summary

The Saint Francis Medical Center is seeking a Centralized Scheduler to manage scheduling of surgeries, appointments and procedures. You will transcribe orders into the EMR, verify benefits, and assist physicians and staff with scheduling needs. Remote work may be possible after six months of onsite training.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule, starting wage of $15 per hour, and a high school diploma requirement. Prior medical environment experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of medical scheduling experience preferred.
• Familiar with medical terminology or Admin Partner role.
• Professional and courteous manners with customers.
• Ability to exercise independent judgement in scheduling.
• Computer experience required.
