Job Description: The Centralized Medical Scheduler will manage high-volume patient scheduling, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and excellent customer service. This role involves working directly with patients who may be anxious or stressed, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls to schedule patient appointments.
• Utilize the scheduling system to accurately input and update information.
• Provide clear, empathetic communication to patients regarding scheduling needs.
