Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain legacy scheduling data including contacts, inactive leads, cancellations, and unscheduled appointments.
• Conduct outbound calls to re-engage patients and assist with scheduling.
• Execute email outreach campaigns to reconnect with prior patients and scheduling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records in scheduling databases and EHR systems.
• Track engagement efforts, appointment statuses, and follow-up activity.
• Identify opportunities to improve booking conversion and patient retention.
