Your day as a Industrial Salesperson

Are you the Industrial Salesperson we're looking for?

To thrive as a Territory Manager at ARC Abrasives, Inc., candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years' experience in inside or outside sales, especially in industrial distribution, is crucial, with experience in abrasives being a significant advantage. Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary to ensure customer needs are met promptly and efficiently. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to reach key decision-makers and establish solid business relationships.

Networking capabilities are essential as you align with the organizational strategy and operate within the sales process. Additionally, residing within one hour of an international airport will facilitate your travel and engagement with clients, while utilizing sales tools to optimize performance will be critical to achieving your goals in this dynamic industrial environment.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Business, Operations, Engineering or related field
  • Experience working in Industrial Distribution, abrasive experience a plus
  • 3+ years' experience in inside or outside sales or similar role
  • Reside within 1 hour of an International Airport
  • Utilize verbal and written communication effectively to ensure customer needs are consistently met in a timely manner
  • Ability to reach key decision makers and gain business
  • Ability to network and develop relationships
  • Operate within the sales process and align with organizational strategy
