Job summary

Treace Medical Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative to grow our customer base and support surgeons in the operating room.

You will develop product expertise, manage relationships with key accounts, and coordinate training programs for clinicians to improve patient outcomes. The role emphasizes field sales, travel, and collaboration with marketing to inform product development and service continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of successful field sales experience.
• Ability to travel locally up to 90% and overnight up to 20%.
• Experience supporting surgeons in operating room environments.
• Hospital credentialing readiness and ability to manage emergency support scenarios.
• Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Impact: become a subject matter expert in Treace Medical’s products and procedures, supporting surgeons and operating room teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Strategize for Growth: build and maintain new customer relationships, follow up on company-generated leads, and drive customer conversion consistently.
• Provide Feedback to Innovate: collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product design and improve user satisfaction.
• Train for Excellence: plan, coordinate, and execute product training for surgeons in both didactic and hands-on settings.
• Foster Relationships: maintain strong links with key accounts to further sales, expand market development, and ensure service continuity.
