Koch Foods, Inc. is seeking a Safety & First Aid Specialist to provide immediate medical care, maintain confidential medical records, and support safety initiatives across the plant.

The role requires EMT certification, CPR/First Aid, and OSHA credentials, with a focus on maintaining a safe working environment on the 3rd shift. Responsibilities include daily safety inspections, post-offer drug testing, hearing test scheduling, and coordinating monthly safety meetings.

Competenze

• EMT license is required.
• CPR and Basic First Aid certification required.
• OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 certifications preferred.
• Safety experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

• EMT LICENSE REQUIRED
• CPR and Basic First Aid Certified required.
• OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 certifications preferred.
• Safety experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent utilization of office equipment and/or computers.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Exposure to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving production lines.
• Ability to stand and/or walk throughout shift.
• Exposure to heat (99°F, 37°C) and cold (45°F, 4°C).
• Expose to wet and cold environment.
• Work around live and/or raw animal odors.
