Our TorontoJobs.ca client, a well-established and respected company in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to join their growing HR team.

This is a remote opportunity (based in or near Ashland, Virginia) with occasional travel (approximately 10%) to various sites, including training at their international headquarters.

The successful candidate will support hiring for salaried positions across the U.S. and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to attract top talent.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for salaried positions across the U.S.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Build and maintain a strong professional network and social media presence.
  • Create engaging and targeted job postings and advertisements.
  • Conduct proactive sourcing via platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and others.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Attraction team to implement visibility strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages.
  • Participate in hiring events and talent branding initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Proven success recruiting for U.S.-based roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Recruitment module).
  • Fully bilingual in English and French (French as a second language is required).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding service and building strong relationships.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and committed to continuous learning in recruitment.
