The role involves scanning labs and reports into the EMR, organizing records, and assisting patients with forms and inquiries. Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality are essential for providing excellent patient service.

• Knowledge of medical terminology and EMR operations.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Compliance with HIPAA and health/safety policies.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and related software.
