Hubble AI is seeking a hands-on Operations professional to own medical-record requests from submission through receipt. You will call provider records departments, maintain detailed case notes, and follow through until each request is resolved.

Responsibilities include submitting requests, following up via phone, fax, email, or portal; resolving issues; tracking status; and escalating privacy questions when needed. Seattle-area candidates preferred.

Formación

• Two+ years hands-on experience with medical-record retrieval, release of information, or related workflow.
• Experience communicating with hospitals, clinics, or records vendors about requests.
• Strong organization, clear notes, and persistent follow-through.
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information and privacy procedures.
