Responsibilities

• Monitor and process requests for medical record information per policy.
• Verify requester authority to obtain records under law.
• Retrieve and prepare medical record documentation from sites and vendors.
• Communicate with customers requesting records and provide procedures as needed.
• Track and log requests, analyze patterns and variances.
• Align duties with Cape Cod Healthcare's CARES standards.
• Perform other work as assigned and maintain service quality.
