Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reproduce and mail Release of Information requests in a timely manner.
• Verify patient identifiers, mailing addresses, and authorizations.
• Perform final quality assurance checks prior to disclosure.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of requests.
• Handle mail, faxes, and scan/copy duties as needed.
