Excelcare at Egg Harbor is seeking a Medical Records Clerk to keep resident charts accurate, organized, and confidential. The role involves maintaining records in the EHR and on paper, processing admissions and discharges, and ensuring documentation is complete and signed.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and familiar with HIPAA requirements. Prior medical records or healthcare office experience is preferred, especially in long-term care, and attention to confidentiality
