Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent computer skills and EMR proficiency preferred.
• Previous medical records, central supply, healthcare, or admin experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize resident medical records according to regulations.
• Process admissions, discharges, and medical record requests.
• Ensure records are complete, accurate, and confidential.
• Order, receive, stock, and distribute nursing and medical supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock.
• Communicate with vendors about orders and deliveries.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with cost control.
• Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide administrative support.
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
