Complete Care is seeking a Medical Records & Central Supply Coordinator to support two critical areas in our skilled nursing facility: medical records and central supply. You will maintain resident records, manage documentation, and help ensure audits, admissions, and records retention proceed smoothly.

The role requires organization, attention to detail, and comfort with electronic medical records. You will work with nursing and other departments to obtain missing documents and ensure timely

Responsibilities

• Medical Records: Maintain accurate and organized resident medical records; file, scan, organize, and retrieve medical documentation; assist with medical record audits and ensure records are complete and accurate; support admissions, discharges, and record retention; enter and maintain information in the facility's electronic medical record system; maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements; work with nursing and other departments to obtain missing or required documentation
