Barre Gardens Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Medical Records / Central Supply Coordinator to join our team in Barre, VT.

The Medical Records / Central Supply Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate resident medical records while overseeing the facility's central supply inventory. This position ensures nursing departments have the supplies needed to provide quality resident care and supports daily administrative operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize resident medical records in accordance with federal, state, and facility regulations
• Process admissions, discharges, and medical record requests
• Ensure medical records are complete, accurate, and confidential
• Order, receive, stock, and distribute nursing and medical supplies throughout the facility
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain adequate supply stock
• Communicate with vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and supply needs
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with supply cost control
• Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide administrative support as needed
• Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned
