Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize resident medical records per regulations.
• Process admissions, discharges, and record requests.
• Ensure records are complete, accurate, and confidential.
• Order, receive, stock, and distribute nursing and medical supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain adequate stock.
• Communicate with vendors about orders and deliveries.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with cost control.
• Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide admin support.
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
