Qualifications

• Hospital or medical office experience preferred but not required.
• Experience handling patient health information strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and reconcile discharged medical records from various hospital departments.
• Facilitate retrieval, printing, and archival of medical records.
• Assist with the physician suspension process.
• Prepare medical records for scanning and perform the scanning process.
• Index scanned medical records and perform quality-control validation.
• Interact with parents to collect birth information.
