Aspirus Medford Hospital in Medford, WI, is seeking a MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST to join our THERAPY team!

The Medical Receptionist greets, registers, and assists patients in a professional manner. Responsibilities include scheduling patient appointments according to established protocols, maintaining complete and accurate patient demographics, and providing clerical support such as answering phone calls, providing routine information, and managing messages.

HOURS: Occasional 0.01 FTE, hours and shifts as needed.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Knowledge of office procedures normally acquired through completion of a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• One year of customer service or healthcare experience preferred.
• Computer experience and basic keyboarding skills preferred.
