Aspirus Wausau Hospital in Wausau, WI, is seeking a MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST to join our THIRD STREET CLINIC team!

The Medical Receptionist greets, registers, and assists patients in a professional manner. Responsibilities include scheduling patient appointments according to established protocols, obtaining and maintaining complete and accurate patient demographics, and providing clerical support such as answering phones, providing routine information, and managing messages.

Hours

Full Time 1.0 FTE, 80 Hours Biweekly

Experience and Qualifications
  • Knowledge of office procedures typically acquired through a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • One year of customer service or healthcare experience preferred.
  • Computer experience and basic keyboarding skills preferred.
