Total Primary Care is looking for a Medical Receptionist to help book Annual Physicals for existing patients.

This role involves contacting existing patients to remind them to schedule their annual wellness exams. It is NOT cold calling.

Qualifications:

1. Basic healthcare experience is essential.
2. Comfortable on the phone, making 200+ calls a day.
3. High attention to detail and ability to work with little supervision.
4. Real experience in similar roles, preferably with a healthcare background.

We offer a small base salary plus a bonus for each appointment booked.
