Hours:
- Full Time
- Our offices are open Monday-Friday 7am-8pm. You must have open availability to work any shift within these hours. You may need to work a little earlier/later as needed.

Essential Functions:
- Facilitate patient flow
- Verify medical and vision insurances
- Effectively communicate with patients, doctors, and managers
- Answer inquiries through phone, email, and in person requests
Formal Job Description:
A Patient Coordinator acts as the first point of contact for patients, setting the tone through excellent patient care. They also perform administrative responsibilities to ensure a smooth check-in/out process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service during every patient encounter, in person or via phone. Greet patients promptly with a smile, and thank them when they leave.
- Answer phones (both external and internal) promptly and courteously.
- Practice urgency with patients' time, as well as Doctor's schedule.
- Manage patient flow in the office.
- Know common fees for visits and collect correct payments.
- Complete daily reconciliations, close the day, and count cash drawer.
- Perform general office duties and cleaning as assigned by the manager.
Other Skills and Abilities:
- Reliable transportation to multiple work locations with minimal notice.
- Desire to gain industry knowledge and training.
- Demonstrate initiative in achieving practice goals.
- Ability to grow, adapt, and accept change.

- Work over 40 hours as needed to meet business needs.
- Interact courteously and professionally with all employees.
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One-year related experience and/or training, or equivalent education and experience.
- Favorable background check required.
- Proof of identity and right to work in the U.S. must be provided.
