The Opportunity
We are currently looking for an experienced, professional Medical Receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional patient care. The Receptionist is the first point of contact between the company and patients, so the role requires excellent customer service skills.

Job Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Medical Receptionist is to serve customers by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls; and providing excellent customer service.

• Maintaining patient information records
• Communicating with the medical staff

Desired Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a medical office, excellent customer service and communication skills, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.

Nice-to-Haves
Knowledge of medical terminology, experience managing electronic health records, scheduling appointments and referrals, knowledge of insurance plans and coding, and experience using office equipment such as copiers, scanners, and fax machines.

Compensation: From $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
