Job summary

Epic Health is seeking a Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face at the Mays Landing, NJ front desk. You will influence patient experiences by assisting with check-in, guiding patients through virtual tablets, and maintaining an organized lobby.

In this role, you’ll perform opening/closing tasks, handle paperwork, and collaborate with the office manager, physicians, and billing when resolving patient issues. Travel to current locations may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 year in customer service; hospital/medical office preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and guest-facing skills.
• Comfort with computers and learning new software quickly.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and guide them through check-in and questions about virtual tablets.
• Handle front desk tasks including printing demographics and schedules, paperwork, and lobby upkeep.
• Communicate with team about patient arrivals, delays, and on-site needs; support office operations.
