You will handle multi-line phone system, check in/out patients, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and assist with billing and payments. The role emphasizes patient service, accurate data entry, and a positive, professional environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent certificate.
• Experience with medical terminology is a plus.
• Ability to learn related center tasks and assist management and physicians.
• Self-motivated to achieve the highest patient care and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Answering multi-line phones and directing inquiries.
• Greeting patients and vendors in a courteous manner.
• Signing patients in/out and collecting insurance data.
• Scheduling appointments by phone and at checkout desks.
• Collecting outstanding balances and copays.
• Providing patients with support and guidance as needed.
• Maintaining a safe, secure, healthy work environment by standards.
• Support and communicate with physicians and staff as required.
