Job summary

One GI, LLC is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist at our Englewood, OH clinic. You will greet patients, manage the EMR, schedule visits and procedures, and collect payments, while maintaining organized patient records in a fast-paced, front-office environment.

Ideal candidates have front-office experience, basic medical terminology knowledge, and a valid BLS certification. Be prepared for occasional travel to Beavercreek and enjoy robust benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Prior experience in a front office capacity preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, assessing their needs and directing them appropriately.
• Answer phone as needed and verify/enter patient demographics in the EMR.
• Schedule office visits, procedures, and tests; manage patient charts and payments.
• Collect co-pays and balances at time of visit and confirm upcoming appointments.
• Occasional travel to Beavercreek offices as needed.
